My OCD can't handle this! HELP!

Y'all know by now that your follower count isn't a measure of how well your socials are performing...

Vanity metrics like follower count don't always equal business success. I focus on engagement, quality leads and actual conversions. A smaller, engaged audience is often more valuable than a large, inactive one!

That said... help a girl out and help me make this a round number! The OCD struggle is real!

Today, on the 80th anniversary of VE Day, as we remember and honour the sacrifices made for our freedom, I'm also reflecting on the importance of investing in the future.

That's why I'm incredibly proud to be a Cadet Force Adult Volunteer with the Royal Air Force Air Cadets - an organisation I've loved since joining in 1998.

It's a privilege to work with young people, helping them develop invaluable skills - from leadership and teamwork to communication and problem-solving - that significantly enhance their career prospects, whatever path they choose.

Just as those before us worked towards a brighter future, we too have a responsibility to empower the next generation. Being a part of the Air Cadets allows me to contribute directly to that mission.

Lest we forget. 🇬🇧
