My 25/26 Game Plan

I’ve spent the last few months figuring out what I’m actually trying to build… not just what I’m trying to post.
This is the plan I’m committing to over the next 18 months:

Slide 1 — The Hook
I’m putting it out there publicly so I have something to grow into. No fluff. No ā€œmanifesting.ā€ Just ownership.

Slide 2 — The Projects
These are the films that matter to me.
They’ll take time. They’ll test me. But they’re the kind of stories I want my name attached to.

Slide 3 — The Business
I don’t want to chase random clients forever.
I want to build trust with the right ones — the ones who value storytelling over trends.

Slide 4 — The Skills
I’m not pretending I’m perfect.
These are the areas I’m genuinely focusing on: stronger visuals, tighter pacing, deeper interviews, and finding my real voice.

Slide 5 — The Commitment
I’m not chasing viral.
I’m chasing momentum.
Slow steps, but in the right direction.

The moment I stopped chasing the algorithm, the work finally felt mine again.

I used to scroll first thing every morning to ā€œstudy what works.ā€

Really, I was just comparing.
Trying to reverse-engineer other people’s luck.
Then I realised the algorithm isn’t evil — it’s just empty.

It rewards consistency, not honesty.
And I’d rather post less if it means I actually like what I’m putting out. If one of my videos takes off, cool.

If it doesn’t, it still represents me — not some version of me chasing approval.

The work finally feels like mine again.

Everyone thinks I ā€œjust film.ā€
Here’s what actually goes into this…

Camera Operator – I’m hands on with every single shot. Movement, framing, pacing… making sure every moment is captured with intention.

Editor – where the story actually forms. I choose what matters, remove what doesn’t, and build emotion out of timing.

Cinematographer – it’s not enough to point the camera. I shape the light, colour, mood, composition… so the final picture feels cinematic.

Drone Operator – the world looks different from above. The drone lets me scale the story and give projects weight you literally can’t get from ground level.

…and truthfully, that’s just scratching the surface šŸ˜‚
Solo creators do way more than anyone ever sees.

So stop asking for the RAW footage!

Most videographers & photographers spend hours making their work pop. We turn the washed out RAW into something of note. Flesh it out.

Also don't forget RAW is more memory. Different format and sometimes requires specific playback footage.

So just bear that in mind before asking.
