​Think about it. When you say "yes" right away, you're not just accepting a deal; you're leaving money, resources, and potential advantages on the table.

In business, that first offer is almost never the best one. It's a starting point, a test to see if you're a serious player or an easy mark.

​I've been in countless negotiations, and the most common mistake I see is people accepting a lowball offer because they're afraid of losing the deal.

I once had a client who was so desperate to land a contract that they agreed to a ridiculously low rate. They got the work, but they also got stuck with a demanding client and a project that wasn't profitable. The stress and financial strain were immense. They negotiated from a place of desperation, not strength, and it cost them dearly.

​Negotiating from a place of strength means you've done your homework. You know your value, you've researched the market, and you have alternatives. When you're strong, you can walk away. And that's a powerful position to be in.

The beauty of negotiating from strength is that it's a win-win. You get a better deal, and your counterpart respects you more for standing your ground. So next time you're in a negotiation, remember this: don't say yes to the first offer.

It's the beginning of the conversation, not the end.

“There are only 3 countries in Southern Africa where if you call the police to your house, the police will come in less than 1 hour. That's South Africa, Botswana and Namibia.

In other countries, the police will advise you to look for the thief, catch and take him to the station.

In Nigeria, the police will first demand for money to buy fuel before they can follow you to catch the thief!

Oh Africa my motherland, how did we get it this bad?!!

And the worst part is that it also

killed many families...

And little by little, it is
killing our eyes,
killing our cervical spine,
killing our sanity.

And trying to wipe out the next generation.

And if we don't watch ourselves, it will isolate us from God and ultimately kill our souls.

In the African savannah, a lone photographer spent days tracking a “rogue” lion to capture the image that could support his newborn child.

After finally succeeding, disaster struck when his $15,000 lens was lost during the 15-mile trek back to camp.

The next morning, to his astonishment, the same lion appeared from the tall grass carrying the missing lens in its jaws.

Scientists believe the lion had been quietly aware of the man’s presence all along, perhaps even seeing him as a companion rather than a threat.
