Self defence its an illusion
I usually avoid taking a position but unfortunately almost daily I hear from martial arts instructors
to promote self-defense in order to win students.
First, fear must be trained not only with techniques because they do not work on their own. The correct reaction to a verbal or physical attack
is to have been properly trained to react without premeditation, resulting in going home without premeditation and magic.
Let's not confuse sports with street validation.
