Just love where I live! This beautiful male Kingfisher was busy catching fish for the brief hour or so I watched him. Absolutely stunning little bird!

Mother Roe Deer and fawn feed on lush grasses and blackberries. So fortunate to quite literally stumble upon these 2. No more than 10 yards away and very relaxed with me so close by.

A female Roe deer gets stuck into the early season blackberries. This year has been a bumper year for the crop and also very early so no surprise she was making the most of it! After all who doesn’t love a blackberry?

Came across a mother Roe deer and fawn yesterday while out trying to find Kingfishers. Only about 10 yards away from me and very relaxed. Both busy eating blackberries and the lush green grass.
