Well for the first time in years I'm sat here cuppa in hand with all the decorations still up. Usually they're down by 28-29th. I'm just not ready for them to go away. When do you put your decs away? I love the decorations the festivities and all the chaos that comes with christmas. Maybe it's because I was ill for 3 weeks of December and I've got an assignment deadline looming next week so I'm head deep in my laptop. I just think why not have them up a little longer.

This time next week, we will be back to school and work and normality will resume.

Think I'll be welcoming that routine back as its 1030 and the kids are still asleep 🫣

But for now, I'm rolling with it. Not actually sure when it will be put away.

Tomorrow we will see lots of photos of santa has been. Lots of people sharing what they have received. However your Christmas looks, that's okay. Everyone does the day in their own special way.

We spent time at my brothers us two and the kids! It's been such a fab time, quality time with family is precious to me. Anyways, we did a gingerbread train together. Bit of sibling bonding haha. Kids helped a bit too lol.

We have had some amazing sunrises recently, each one different in tones, depths, each giving different attitude. Each one provoking different thoughts. This side of nature fascinates me, the same process each day of the sun rising, doing the same thing creates something so different each time it happens. Anyways have a blessed day, however you choose to spend it in these manic last few days before Christmas.

Footprints in the community are an amazing place. They provide so many opportunities for a small fee or free throughout the year to hundreds of families and everyone is always welcome.
