In March 2025 I listened to nudges and guidance and published The Cauldron of Curiosities Podcast. I am a perpetual student and believe knowledge should be shared with ease.

My research discovered that the path to contentment starts with self-awareness. A journey of self discovery opens your eyes to a whole realm of other stories and information. Discernment filters the chaff but its fun to discuss to discover its source and subsequent impact on our behaviours.

The literature review I carried out identified that our innate ability to cope is linked to our self awareness and open mindedness to explore. Are you a curious explorer of rabbit holes?

How do you know its impossible if you have not explored the idea or even tried it out?

Imagine yourself at the centre of a sea of stars, surrounded by options. This is YOU with your eyes open.
