So there is lots of activities happening in and around the village this summer! Here are just a few of them but watch this space, we are looking forward to enjoying the events and hopefully see you there!

Big Summer draw - from 25th July and then every Friday until 22nd August, 10am - 11am in the Carharrack Playing Field. £free

Carharrack Players Family Games Night Thursday 31st July 7:30pm - 9:30pm Bingo, Quizzes, Games and more £2 per person

Pensioners Club are calling Family Bingo at Mills Hall 4pm - 5pm on Saturday 2nd August £Free

Parish Council Family Rounders 4th & 18th August 6:30pm - 7:30pm subject to weather Carharrack Park £free

9th August Carharrack Community Market at Mills Hall 1pm - 3pm

Parish Council Family Cricket Tuesday 12th & 26th August 6:30pm - 7:30pm subject to weather Carharrack Park £free

Crafty Knitters Walking Treasure Hunt 16th August meeting at Mills Hall at 3pm £free ending at the Carharrack Social Club for BBQ £chargeable

16th August Mermaids and Pirates Scarecrow competition judging day - all entrants in the village welcome. Prizes to be won!

Mills Hall Trustees Summer Garden Party in the park & Car Boot at the hall Saturday 23rd August 12pm - 4pm

Carharrack Players Family Games Night Thursday 28th August 7:30pm - 9:30pm Bingo, Quizzes, Games and more £2 per person

Carharrack Parish Council Family Film Night with fancy dress - Date ate/ time and film to be confirmed hoping 30th August.

Judging will take place on the 16th August 2025 and we need to have all confirmed entries by the 15th! There are prizes to be won! This years theme Pirates & Mermaids!! Let the Scarecrow competition commence!!

Judging at 3:15pm and there are some Eggciting prizes to be won for all children's entries! Free activities and fun between 3 - 4pm at Mills Hall for children 0 - 12 years old. Now here is how you can, it is local election time and this is where you can make a difference for your community as a volunteer Carharrack Parish Councillor.

The lead up to Polling Day on the 1st May has started.

Candidate packs are now available from the clerk so please email [email protected] if you would like to receive a nomination pack.

By Wednesday 2nd April 4pm - Deadline for submission of candidate nomination papers and withdrawl of any nomination.

Thursday 3rd April - Publish statements of persons nominated, no later than 4pm.

Wednesday 23rd April - Publish notice of contested and uncontested Election,

Thursday 1st May - Polling Day

Tuesday 6th May - New councillors take office.
