Hilda Baci and Gino sets record of Largest serving of Nigerian style jollof rice.

Hilda Baci, the Nigerian celebrity chef, Hilda Baci has successfully broken a new Guinness World Record on September 12, 2025, during the Gino World Jollof Festival at Eko Hotels and Suites in Lagos, Nigeria. This marks her second official Guinness World Record, following her 2023 achievement for the longest cooking marathon (individual), which was 93 hours and 11 minutes (though that record was later surpassed by Irish chef Alan Fisher in late 2023).
