This week is a busy week for me, as yesterday I finally started with the last part of my training for the Facilitator training of the Oliver McGowan Training, which we will be rolling out to the South East, London and other parts of the UK soon - as an Independent provider at The Good Consulting Company!
It is something that me and Mark Blake have worked hard on these last 2 to 3 months, to get the connections in and also planning sessions, sorting training for our brilliant co trainers but also looking at safe guarding, making sure everyone is working in a great place to work that supports them!
As well, I am picking up my long overdue running again this morning, and need to say after so many months not training, didn't do to bad - and missed the feeling! Something I often mention in my coaching, and now doing hashtag - will try a 10k run again next weekend.
Most important as taking part of Run Reigate organised by the legendary David Kelly Run Series again this year, think 4th year in a row - and running this year on behalf of Include.org an organisation that I am proud to be a part of on a local basis as board member.
And a hint raising funds for them as well - so any donations are welcome.

I am looking forward to the next, last 5 months of this year already and what it brings, seeing the company grow and flourish, and also doing good for the community and more.....
