The announcement that may shock some but come as no surprise to others…

I’ve made the decision to close Rose & Co Studios 🤍

Since launching in September 2023, I have poured my heart into this business and I’m so proud of what it became. In under 2 years, I was honoured to be nominated for Best Newcomer, I’ve welcomed hundreds of clients, built lifelong friendships and always stayed true to my mission of empowerment and safety first. These are achievements I will forever treasure 🫶🏼

But those who know me know there was always a bigger plan 💫. Hands on treatments were never meant to be my forever path. After recent health challenges that many of you are aware of, I’ve taken time to pause, reflect and make sure I only pour my energy into what fully aligns with who I am and where my passion lies.

I feel so emotional writing this and I have mixed emotions, but deep down I know this is the right thing for me at this stage of life. While closing my doors is a huge decision, I also feel at peace knowing I’m moving towards where I truly thrive. ✨

Going forward, my focus will be on The CEO Digital Lab. Created to inspire, support & empower professionals in the hair, beauty & aesthetics industry. Helping others has always been where my soul lights up, and I know this is where I’m meant to be.

To every single client, supporter & friend who has been part of my Rose & Co journey, thank you from the bottom of my heart 🥹. Some of you may be shocked, others may have seen this coming but I’ll forever be grateful for your love & support.
As I slowly transition my pages over to The CEO Digital Lab, I know it’s not for everyone, but to those who stay I APPRECIATE YOU more than words can say 🤍

Rose & Co gave me incredible insights, knowledge & experiences I’ll carry into the next stage. I’ll forever be proud of what I achieved, but it’s time to step fully into the version of myself I’m destined to be.

If you know me, you’ll know my HUGE passion for helping others. Since launching Rose & Co Studios in 2023 I quickly realised something… once you walk away with your shiny new certificates, you’re often left to find your feet alone. And let’s be real… that’s a scary and overwhelming place to be.

That’s why I decided to build something BIGGER. Something that isn’t just another download but a MOVEMENT 👏🏼

Being a mum is my reason why 💫

Today my heart is full as we celebrated my incredible Thea Rose on her college graduation 🎓

It’s been an emotional journey, especially knowing that at one point, she almost didn’t chase her dream of working in the equine industry. The reputation the industry has can make you doubt yourself, but today is a perfect reminder that we only live once… SO JUST GO FOR IT🫶🏼🥹

She now has her Level 2 diploma in horse care, and she’s not stopping there. Next up… Level 3 👏🏼

Her courage to follow her passion, no matter the doubts, is a lesson in believing in yourself and not letting fear hold you back.

Go after what lights you up. You never know where it will take you! 💫

📣 IMPORTANT BUSINESS UPDATE 📣

Some of you may have seen my story last week regarding some health and personal circumstances which resulted in me closing for the week. I wanted to elaborate further via this post so everyone is updated in one go 🤍

Due to my current circumstances, I’ve made the difficult decision to leave the Ripley location and return to my home based space in Langley Mill (NG16).

I put my heart into relocating, but life has been seriously ‘lifing’ and my business is one of the few things I can currently control. So, to ease the pressure while things settle, I’ll be returning home.

This move does not in any way drop ANY of my high standards! I’ve always prided myself on offering the best treatments and highest level of service since launching from home in September 2023.

Home is where I built my business and client base and I hope to keep growing and welcoming new clients.

I still have so much planned for the future of Rose & Co. Although this decision has been tough, my future plans are at the core of all I do and I know this is the right move for now 🙏🏼

Until further notice, ALL booking enquiries will need to be via DM until a new booking system is in place. With 89 services to re-add and all client data to import, it’ll take time, but I aim to have it done in 2 weeks and shall update you all.

I’ll also be closed 14th May - 8th June for a much needed recharge. You’ll notice I’ll be a little quiet on socials whilst I navigate things but I’m still here in the background doing the odd admin tasks but I’m using this time to rest as it’s exactly what I need right now. I’ll hopefully be back in full swing after my break 🫶🏼

Entering into this industry is not for the faint hearted, it’s extremely competitive but my sheer determination and dedication to my clients and the industry itself has landed me within the TOP 10!

There has been times I’ve cried, I’ve sacrificed ALOT and there has been times where I’ve thought about walking away but having this landing in my inbox reminded me that all my hard work and dedication not only has paid off but has got me recognised and I’m so proud of myself and my business right now ✨

It’s so easy to compare yourself to others and those who have incredible salon spaces and the self doubt creeps in but I did this from creating a space within my home still ensuring to withhold the highest of standards and standing by my core values at all time. I promise to always have my clients best interests at heart and will always strive to be the best that I can be 🎓

My business would not be where it is today without the incredible support of my clients and even those who just cheer me on from social media. You’re all amazing and thank you for believing in me 💫
