And I cannot tell you how f’ing proud I am of this one.

When this client came to me, she had already built a successful business. She wasn’t starting from zero. She didn’t need me to teach her how to get clients.

She needed STRATEGY.

Her business was heavily focused around tox and because of the natural treatment cycle, that could leave gaps in the diary from one month to the next.

I know this one might ruffle a few feathers and honestly, I’m okay with that 🤍

The longer I’ve been in this industry, the more I’ve realised that success isn’t just about what you teach. It’s about how you choose to build your business.

Could I cold DM women every day? Yes
Could I use guilt to make people buy? Probably
Could I pretend every day is spent in luxury hotels sipping cocktails? Absolutely

But none of that aligns with who I am or what I want The CEO Digital Lab to stand for.

I’ve never wanted to build a business that relied on pressure, pretence or making women feel like they’re constantly behind. My mission has always been to help beauty business owners build profitable, sustainable businesses through strategy, positioning, content and systems.
Not by chasing the next shiny trend 🫣

Will everyone agree with this post? Probably not and that’s okay.

I just popped into one of my clients clinics whilst she was training today...
We had a catch up, talked business, created a bit of content and apparently, nearly launched her into a wall 🤣

One thing that’s really important to me as a mentor is being hands on. I love popping into my clients businesses, seeing things first hand and supporting them beyond our strategy calls.
