On The Zone tonight…

As Derby Theatre's 50th anniversary celebrations continue with their glittering production of 'The Great Gatsby', I'll be chatting to Laura Winson, the theatre's Head of Development, about her vital role in raising funds from corporate sponsors. Laura was also part of the team organising this Friday's fundraising gala production of 'The Great Gatsby'.

The Great Gatsby' runs at Derby Theatre until 25th October. Some tickets are still available for the gala production this Friday:

Our Story

Amber Sound FM is a Community Radio station based in the Amber Valley, Derbyshire. It was awarded a five-year community license by OFCOM in 2008 and then successfully applied for a 5 year extension in 2013 and again in 2018. On the first Saturday of October 2008 the station began broadcasting. The first ever song to be played on Amber Sound was "Easy" by Commodores.
