A huge thank you to the Stephens Foundation for their generous £100 donation to Rosyth Sharks Youth Rugby Club! 🦈🏉

Thanks to their support, we’ve been able to purchase new rugby balls to use during training sessions. Your kindness helps us continue to develop skills, teamwork, and a love for rugby in our community.

The kids can’t wait to put the new equipment to good use! 💪🧡

‼️ Training Cancelled Sunday ‼️

This Sunday our junior training session will be cancelled due to too many coaches attending our club awards on the Saturday and club awards night and kids training the following day is not a good mix 😵‍💫

We will be back next Sunday at 11-12 at Harley Street. All ages from 5-16 are welcome 🤗

🦈 Shark of the Week – Elise 🏉

This week’s Shark of the Week goes to Elise, who has been a fantastic example of what hard work, determination, and a positive attitude can achieve.

When Elise first joined us, she was quite shy and often preferred to stay in the background. Over time, it has been wonderful to see her come out of her shell and grow in confidence both on and off the rugby pitch.

Elise always listens carefully to coaches, takes on feedback brilliantly, and gives her best effort in every session. Her willingness to learn and improve has helped her develop her rugby skills week after week, and the progress she has made has been fantastic to see.

She is a kind, respectful, and supportive teammate who sets a great example for others. Her confidence continues to grow, and she’s becoming an increasingly important part of the Sharks family.

We’re incredibly proud of how far Elise has come and can’t wait to see what she achieves next.

Massive well done, Elise — keep believing in yourself, working hard, and being the brilliant person you are! 🧡🦈

🦈 Shark of the Week – Annabelle 🏉

Annabelle has been an absolute pleasure to coach and is a fantastic example of what being part of the Sharks is all about.

She arrives at training with an amazing attitude every week, always eager to learn, listen, and give everything a go. Her enthusiasm is infectious, and she approaches every session with a smile on her face and a willingness to improve.

Not only is Annabelle a kind and caring member of the group who is always supportive of her teammates, but her rugby ability has also come on massively. Week after week, we can see her growing in confidence, developing new skills, and putting what she learns into practice during training and games.

Her hard work and dedication are really paying off, and it has been brilliant to watch her progress.

Massive well done, Annabelle — keep working hard and being the wonderful girl you are! 🧡🦈

We can’t thank everyone enough for attending our mini festival today. It was fantastic to see all the hard work the coaches have put in throughout the year come to fruition.

The smiles on the kids’ faces said it all, and we hope this is just the beginning of many more festivals at our club in the future. Thank you to everyone who came along and helped make it such a great day! 🧡🦈

This weekend is the first time in the club history that our youth will be represented at the Rosyth Rugby Memorial Tournament. All kids are welcome to come down and join in from all clubs and with any experience!

As our youth will be playing/ training on Saturday there will be no training session on Sunday this week!

End of Season Tournaments 🏆

Fantastic day for our Rosyth Sharks P5–P7 players at the Madras Tournament today.

The kids represented the club brilliantly, showing great effort, teamwork, and sportsmanship throughout the day while enjoying plenty of rugby against strong opposition.

Most importantly, tournaments like these help our young players continue developing their rugby skills, grow in confidence, and build strong friendships as part of the Sharks family.

A big well done to all players and supporters involved today — plenty smiles and great memories made. 🏉

🦈 Sharks of the Week – Elijah and Jonah 🏉

Our first ever double honour going to 2 incredible brothers. Both have been great listeners, great souls and showing they have what it takes to be great rugby players

On joining us just over a month ago both have shown up determined to run about (even with injuries) and do what is asked of them. Never a moan, groan or frown on their faces. What a lucky family to have 2 brothers who get along so great!

Massive well done to both — keep up the effort and passion! 🧡🦈
