☔️ Rainy day thoughts. Spoke to a Royal Mail employee yesterday whilst out delivering, and they thought that they should be doing the job that we were like it was their divine right to do all deliveries, (wonder if they have the same conversation with their Amazon driver 🤔🤣).
Anyway, it got me thinking about why clients choose us over Royal Mail, and here’s why:
1. Personal service: You get the ‘Jonrad’ experience from moment one… open, honest and regular communication from start to finish.
2. Job planning and mapping as standard: The price is inclusive of this and every job is planned and mapped for our delivery teams to follow to the letter.
3. Tracking: We use the latest GPS software and all of our deliveries are fully tracked for job accuracy and client peace of mind. Again, this is included in the price.
4. Bespoke distribution: We work with every client to meet their area and demographical requirements and timescales. Timeframes and schedules are agreed in advance and are met and often exceeded.
5. Job accuracy: Barring no junk mail signs, dogs in gardens and refusals, we deliver to every house on our routes. Leaflets are counted out for our teams and maps provided using accurate property counting software so we know exactly how many houses we are delivering to on any given day. Our experienced delivery teams are also paid the hourly National Minimum Wage.
