WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 5TH 2025
We’re excited to welcome you to our Bonfire Party! Here are some important details to help your night go smoothly:
Parking:
Please note that there is NO parking available at the Crown, Hillfoot Road, or Penny Lane. We encourage everyone to walk if possible. If you must drive, please park at the top of Baslow Road and make your way down to the pub. Remember to park safely, ensuring you don’t block driveways and that emergency services can pass easily.
Food:
Come hungry! We’ll be serving delicious Pie & Peas, Hot Dogs, Burgers, Sausage Rolls, and bonfire treats. Be sure to purchase your food from us!
Drinks:
We have plenty of options available at our usual inside bar, our Drinks Truck, and a Cruzcampo Bar!
DJ:
Get ready to enjoy great music from DJ Alex, who will also make important announcements throughout the evening to keep everyone safe.
Clothing and Footwear:
You’ll be standing on concrete, while wellies aren’t mandatory, we recommend comfortable footwear and warm clothes.
Sparklers:
For safety reasons, please do not bring sparklers. They cannot be used on the premises, and anyone seen using them will be asked to leave.
Lastly:
This is a FREE event, but we kindly ask that you support the pub and our stalls. Feel free to make a donation at any of our till points if you wish. Every bit helps!
Event Schedule:
- Stalls Open: 17:30
- Fire Starts: 18:00 - 18:30
- Fireworks start between: 19:00 - 19:15
