Now then, rant time! 🤣. The odd person over the years has intimated my chocolate is ‘expensive’. I have politely challenged this and pointed out my ingredients are outstanding in quality and ALWAYS ethically sourced.
I have tried to make my chocolate less expensive but these trials don’t make it to the selling stage as they simply aren’t good enough.
When I see this company in the photo below using flipping palm oil in their chocolate, we’ll it just boils my usually cool blood!
Palm oil harvesting is a blight on our planet, the people who have lost homes, villages, societies in the name of palm oil is heartbreaking. I know some companies say their palm oil is ethically sourced and I say, ‘I hope so’.
So I say ‘Bah Humbug’ to those who say my chocolate is expensive! You get what you pay for and I challenge anyone to do the taste test. My chocolate, which by the way is now available to be delivered to your door is according to numerous returning customers, the best they have ever tasted.
Expect the best from your chocolate and keep supporting your wonderful local chocolate making lady 😍
