🐘🧶🐙 The lovely people sent me this fabulous kit created by the very talented

The kit contains everything you need to make two lovely creatures. I made the orange octopus and grey elephant, the pattern booklet also includes a further two patterns. Posy my youngest granddaughter chose some fabulous neon colours for me to make the little turtle and I’ve also started another one in turquoise.

The patterns are very well written with easy to follow instructions.

🧶 ✨ Big news! We’re moving! ✨

After three happy years in Storrington, it’s time for a bigger home. More space for classes, more space for you, and more space for a wonderful (and expanded) selection of yarns and wools.

📍 Our new address: 52 Steyning High Street
⏰ Doors open: Tuesday 7th October

Our last day in Storrington will be Tuesday 16th September. We’ll then be busy unpacking, stocking shelves, and getting everything ready to welcome you.

Thank you for all your support so far, and we can’t wait to see what this new chapter brings!

🌈🍒 I’ve loved reviewing this lovely new book by Olivia Dietrich

It is a beautiful collection of mini projects, that are such fun to make and are so lovely to giveaway in little acts of crochet kindness.

The book is beautifully written and presented with very user friendly instructions. A number of guest designers have contributed to the book, it’s so exciting to find so many talented designers in one place.

So far I’ve made the cherries and a small pastel rainbow, lots more are on my list.

Olivia lost her "sense of purpose" after losing a friend to su***de.

While dealing with the grief, the 29-year-old found comfort in the art of crochet - a coping mechanism she learned as a teenager.

She began leaving crocheted flowers in public spaces for people to find, inspiring random acts of kindness.
