These are the superb Mug Coaster designs, drawn by our in house resident artist and cartoonist Paul Johnson for the 42nd CompassSport Cup Final which Mole Valley Orienteering Club will host at Pippingford Park in Ashdown Forest, home of Winnie the Pooh, on the 18th October - only 6 weeks away now! The top 3 clubs in the Cup (the 25 scorers) and Trophy (the 13 scorers) will get a coaster as their prize memento.
I am about to make the order and am wondering, as they are so good, if I should order extra? Maybe people want to have the set? PLEASE comment below if you would be interested in buying (extra if you win one!) - £2.50 for one, £7 the set, and I and gauge how many extra to order. Many thanks.

Switzerland win the World Orienteering Championships Mixed Sprint Relay in Genoa, Italy. SWE 2nd, NOR 3rd. Gbr in 16th.

IOF Beat the Heat Training

The International Orienteering Federation has launched a free e-course on training in the heat. The course is primarily aimed at athletes, but it is open to anyone interested in learning more about competing and training in hot conditions.

The International Orienteering Federation has published a new e-learning course, “Beat the Heat,” on the IOF Education Platform.
