Before & After: Staircase Transformation + Custom Under-Stair Storage

We took this tired old staircase and gave it a full upgrade—ripping out the outdated features and replacing them with beautiful solid oak and sleek black metal spindles for a clean, modern look that instantly elevates the space.

But we didn’t stop there.

We came back and built a custom under-stair storage unit, designed to make the most of every inch. Soft-close drawers and hidden cupboards now give the homeowners stylish, clutter-free storage without sacrificing design.

What a Transformation!

This staircase started out as a typical 1960s style — dark, closed-in, and in serious need of an update. We completely reimagined it with solid oak and sleek glass panels, opening up the space and letting in tons of natural light.

The natural oak adds warmth and character, while the glass brings a modern, clean look that really lifts the whole area. Now it’s not just a way to get upstairs — it’s a standout feature of the home!
