Join us for an immersive three-day pastry masterclass at Sweet Art School, where
you will master the art of crafting exquisite entremets cakes and realistic fruit-shaped
desserts. This hands-on class is designed for both aspiring and seasoned pastry
enthusiasts eager to elevate their skills.
Begin your journey by exploring the intricate world of multi-layered mousse-based
desserts known for their harmonious flavours and stunning presentations.
You will learn to:
Prepare delicate sponge bases and complementary fillings, bavarois, mousses.
Assemble layers to achieve perfect textures and balance.
Apply professional glazing techniques to create mirror-like and velvet finishes.
Prepare cakes that mimic the appearance of real fruits.
Incorporate flavours that complement the fruit designs, enhancing both visual
appeal and taste.
Throughout the workshop, you& #39;ll receive personalized feedback and hands-on
experience, ensuring you leave with the confidence to recreate these stunning
desserts. All necessary materials and ingredients will be provided. Participants are
encouraged to bring own lunch. Refreshments are provided.
At the end of the masterclass, you will take home a box of sweet creations that look
like real fruits!
