Today’s ritual is all about releasing old energy and inviting abundance and protection into your home.

🌿 Cinnamon Through the Front Door:

Take a small pinch of cinnamon in your hands.

Close your eyes and focus on what you wish to release and call in.

Blow the cinnamon gently through your front door, imagining your intention flowing out to the universe and blessings coming in.

💜 Even a tiny ritual can shift your home’s energy and set a mindful tone for the month.
