I would like to say hi to all the people that keeps looking me up ,

👋 hi I pass my Ham Exam in 1985, I have a long relationship with Radio going back to 1973/4
I was in the Army Cadets Signals, then I foundCB DX’ing, thought that I found Ham Radio, from Hams that was on on 11M, I did have a long break, 36 years to be precise, had different jobs, got into IT in 1996 until 2009, I am loving the Digital side of the hobby a lot, so will see how far I take this journey I’m on with ham/IT/Digital.

It was a great night good turn out for the first meeting, looking forward to the next meeting, it’s the last Tuesday of the month.

We held our first monthly club night this week at Much Hadham Village Hall and what a turn out we had - founder members received their personalised certificate, call sign stickers, t-shirt badges. Colin Brown kicked off at 8pm sharp with how the club started from a chance meeting at the DDRC rally and has grown to over 20 members from across Herts & Essex in just a few weeks.Special thanks to Jordan Ringer for making sure we were on point with the goodies, providing the refreshments and being an all round superstar and to Phil for making sure the hall was set up and looking great for our members. Lively debates ensued and it looks like we'll have a packed calendar of monthly events and plenty of radio on top of our packed agenda of special events. It was great that everyone brought a little expertise with them to help shape the clubs future so watch this space.
