✨ You asked, and we listened! ✨
We’re so excited to be launching a brand-new 3-week Reformer Pilates course, running from Sunday 21st June to Sunday 5th July, from 12:00–12:45pm.
These relaxed and welcoming classes are perfect if you’re new to Reformer Pilates or looking to build confidence with the fundamentals. We’ll guide you through the key exercises, taking the time to teach proper technique while introducing progressions, regressions, and adaptations along the way.
Our aim is for you to leave the course feeling stronger, more confident, and ready to join our mixed-ability classes — with the option to progress to our intermediate sessions in the future.
We can’t wait to welcome you to the studio and help you get started on your Pilates journey! 🤍

As a Pilates teacher for nearly 9 years, way before Pilates became the trend it is today, I’ve always known it’s about so much more than just getting a workout in.
One thing Pilates teaches you pretty quickly is that you can’t run before you can walk. We all want to get to the advanced moves, the challenges, and the spicy sequences, but without the foundations, you’re skipping the part that actually creates lasting strength.
Don’t get me wrong—I love a challenge and anyone who comes to my classes knows I’m the queen of progressions 😂. But I only add them once you’ve really understood the movement, connected to the right muscles, and know how it should feel in your body.
For me, Pilates has always been about moving with intention, working with your breath, and building strength from the inside out. That’s what makes it so effective.
Sometimes I feel like those foundations are getting a little lost as Pilates becomes more popular, and it makes me wonder... does anyone else feel the same?
Give me the basics done really well over fancy exercises any day. Because that’s where the magic happens ✨

March and April recap 🌸

We launched our first Barre event, and despite it being the holidays we were fully booked.
This was my best event so far to teach as I love to challenge everyone and we most certainly did that! 🌶️😅

April was a month of teaching reformer classes which I absolutely loved but with no pressure of designing grip socks or clothing😅 so I got to rest my nervous system just in time for May, which I’m already busy planning for, i sometimes wish I could slow down but I absolutely love what I do and dont think ill ever change 🩷😅
