The other thing they wrote in the appeal is:
4.43 It should also be noted that the site is in private ownership with no rights of access and there is signage confirming this to be the case. There is no direct access from the site to the Open Access Land or County Wildlife Site. ----------------------------------------------------------------------
They just need to cross one field to access the County wildlife site which is pretty direct. Our concern is also that people staying in the holiday complex will use the Nature Reserve as a direct pathway to the park and town. In objections please make mention that there is a Nature Reserve directly alongside the proposed development.
