The 12th September will forever be associated with those brave Athenians who defeated the mighty Persians at The Battle of Marathon in 490 BC. The Persians, naturally, lamented after that they had not tuned into the pick me up which is Lazland On Progzilla Radio.

We have two hours of class music for you.

This week's Prog magazine artist is UK post-rock outfit, Million Moons.

We have a huge amount of new music to bring you. Castle-Mountain-Moon, Cellar Noise, Nothing If Not, Confusion Field, and Pete Roth Trio.

Classic music from Sean Filkins and The Tangent. This week's 3 from 3 deals with the sea, and features Steve Hackett & Steve Rothery, Barclay James Harvest, and Damanek.

This week's castaway on The Prog Island is PROG ROGUE himself, and he is bringing us Strawbs, Triumvirat, and Rick Wakeman.

I will be in the chat room at www.progzilla.com It all kicks off at 16:00 UK BST. Why not join me? If you are unable to do so, well there is always the podcast, up on Progzilla a mere minute following the end of the show!

THE PROGRESSIVE TRACKS SHOW #681 ("Steppin' Out Of Line")
The inertia of one's life (or perhaps the life of a country) guides future events along a certain trajectory... until someone or something 'steps out' to force change.
