She’s six.

Six years of Always Being Social.

Six years of showing up, running a business, riding the lows, celebrating the highs, and building something I never thought I’d have the guts to start.

In 2019 I launched ABS just before the world stopped and when I was broken.

I was juggling kids, a full-on job and a husband who was always away. I couldn’t do it all.

So I retrained, refocused and built this business from scratch.

Six years on?

I’m still here. Still figuring it out. Still working with incredible people.

Still proud as hell of what I’ve built.

And if you’re new here, hi, I’m Jo, the woman behind Always Being Social.

I spend my days mentoring and supporting solo founders as well as training business owners and teams to show up online with clarity and confidence.

And just like that….the summer was over but I’m back!

My latest client is fully booked for the rest of the year 🙌🏻

And honestly, I’m here for it.

No ads. No chasing trends. No viral chat BS.

I had a brilliant session today with my fabulous LinkedIn client who needed this reminder, so I thought maybe you do too....

If your post helps JUST ONE person, that’s HUGE!

Social media is full of numbers.

Likes. Views. Followers.

And it’s easy to let those numbers decide and dictate how you feel about yourself.

But you shouldn’t measure your impact in bloody likes!

And you definitely can’t compare your start to someone else’s middle.

Instagram can be such a bloody joy-sucker when you let the numbers or comparisonitus win.

But you are so much more than a like count.

If your post made one person feel seen…

If it helped someone have a moment of clarity…

If it made one person take action....

Then that’s impact and that’s incredible.

Instagram doesn’t get to decide your worth.

The algorithm doesn’t know your magic.

And chasing likes doesn’t need to be part of your day.

You’re doing better than you think.

Someone out there is already grateful you showed up.

So keep going.
