Want to start September on fire, knowing exactly what you’re doing with LinkedIn?

Then August and my LinkedIn Audit Action is exactly what you need.

The process starts with a proper deep dive into your business, who you want to reach and what you actually want LinkedIn to help you achieve.

I then go through your profile, including your banner, headline, About section and Featured section, as well as looking at your content and how you’re currently using the platform.

You’ll get a personalised Audit & Action plan showing you what’s working, what needs changing and exactly what I recommend you do next.

Then we have a call to talk through it all, answer your questions and make sure you feel completely clear about what to do.

I’ll also follow up once you’ve had time to put everything into action.

My latest client implemented my recommendations and had a new lead within a week - she’s now onboarding them as a client.

Not bad for a few focused hours updating her LinkedIn.

So, if you want to use August to get your LinkedIn in shape and hit September with a proper plan, DM me AUDIT and I’ll send you the details.

Let’s go!

I’m not usually one for jumping on trends but I love this one.

And I’ve also had a bit of a word with myself recently about enjoying Instagram more - so if a trend feels right, or I want to make a quick, easy carousel, I’m giving myself permission to do it.

Which is, of course, exactly what I tell my clients to do all the time.

The irony is not lost on me.

Anyway, after two calls recently with two bloody brilliant women who don’t feel confident showing up on LinkedIn or owning their space there, this one’s for you.

Because I still think LinkedIn, alongside your other marketing touchpoints, is a fantastic place to show up and shine.

It’s a place to get involved in the right conversations, talk about what you know, share what you think and show people just how bloody brilliant you are.

You don’t have to sound corporate.

You don’t have to wait until you feel completely confident.

And you definitely don’t need to apologise for talking about what you do or selling it.

I think it’s kinda chic to show up, kinda chic to be seen trying and definitely kinda chic to make money because you finally let people see you.

And, of course, I think it’s kinda chic to say that if you need help showing up on LinkedIn and turning that visibility into all-important enquiries, you know where I am.

Love Jo x

If you’re thinking bloody hell it’s Sunday night and I’ve not got a clue on what to post on LinkedIn tomorrow or any other day next week, this post is for you.

First up, don’t worry, you’re not alone, I see this all the time with clients.

And the problem isn’t that you’ve got nothing to say, but the minute you open LinkedIn and stare at that blank post box, your brain suddenly refuses to give you any of it!

So I’ve pulled together ten simple post starters to get you moving.

Pick one, add your own experience, opinion, client story or example and make it yours.

Remember, uou don’t need to overthink it or turn every post into the most groundbreaking thing LinkedIn has ever seen - you just need somewhere to start.

And if not knowing what to post is becoming a weekly problem, my LinkedIn Audit & Action goes much deeper than a handful of prompts.

I’ll review your profile, content, messaging and engagement, show you what’s working and what needs to change, then give you clear recommendations so you know what to focus on next.

DM me AUDIT if you’d like the details.

In the meantime, save this carousel and tell me which idea you’re going to use first.

I’ve been working with quite a few people recently who are either new to showing up on social media, or they’ve been doing it for a while but still don’t feel fully confident with it.

And i keep seeing the same thing - what’s holding them back isn’t that they don’t care, or they don’t have anything to say, or they’re not capable of doing it - it’s the pressure they’re putting on themselves before they even start.

The pressure to post all the time.
To have a big audience.
To write something brilliant.
To look confident.
To make every post feel worthy of being shared.

And I get it, because I’ve worried about a lot of this too.

But after nearly 7 years of running my own business, these are the things I really wish I hadn’t spent so much time overthinking.

Your social media will start to feel so much easier when you stop putting so much pressure on every single post - sometimes you’ve just got to@post it and keep going!

And that’s the bit I help people with.

Making social media feel clearer, easier and much less overwhelming, so they can stop sitting on the sidelines, start showing up and stop watching their competitors take the jobs.

Any of these feel a bit familiar?
