Second day in the new year: time to set up those yearly and monthly targets!
Do you use 🔥 SMART goals 🔥 for your marketing strategy?
It stands for:
- specific
- measurable
- achievable
- relevant
- time-based.
So, if you want to set a goal, it has to be precise.
If your goal is "I want to generate more sales", this will not get you anywhere!
--> Instead set it as: "I want to generate 25% more sales by the end of February, by using my new advert campaign on Instagram ".
SMART goals give you a lot more clarity in your objectives, and set how, when, how much you are going to achieve this.
That’s something you can track, measure, and work towards.
