Spitfire Annual - coming soon WALLOP! Think of the Dandy or Beano of yesteryear dragged kicking and screaming into the 21st Century WALLOP!!

A 21st century take on the holiday annuals we all loved growing up. Featuring some of the UK and Europe's top cartoon illustrators including John Jackson, Mike Collins, Marc Jackson, Joe Matthews, Kev Sutherland and Alessandro Giampaoletti to name a few. the next issue of mancunian is finished! and as soon as the text bits are written will be heading to the printers...dino on deansgate!

So.. the next issue of mancunian is nearly finished.. and is looking good.. scripts and strips for the wallop comic are moving along nicely.. I’ve seen some pages and am very happy.. the volcano task force puppet episode has had delays with editing .. but should start getting edited towards the end of July.. at last… the volcano comic —or —annual project is also being worked on.. there’s a couple of other projects.. a horror black and white comic .. and an American size weird western comic planned.. so no one can say we’re doing nothing.. I’ve also been advising on a mancunian cgi trailer that’s in the works by one of our mancunian readers.. I’m having a second meeting with him next Saturday… his cgi mancunian and impact are awesome! I think we’re still looking for someone to help draw one or two of the ten page black and white horror strips.. so if you think you’re any good send me some sample drawings and I’ll take a look…. Think that’s everything for now.. see you in the funny pages!

So.. after a long period of silence we are going to launch a wallop! Comic . If any of you out there think you are good enough we are open to submissions… one… two … and three pagers. A4 page size. If any of you saw the wallop annual .. you’ll know the sort of thing we’re after.
