This stylish 3.5T was collected earlier in the week by our client who came to us knowing exactly what he wanted to ensure it suited his horse due to the fact it gets claustrophobic easily.
The breast bar is fully removeable and with the maximum stall length this gives plenty of head room at the front.
The partition height has been slightly lowered to give the feeling of more space,
combined with our two horse head windows, double ceiling vents and small vent window there is lots of light.
There is an external tack locker for two saddles, bridles and extra hooks with an internal top storage compartment with sliding door. Next to this is a hanging rail and a lipped bottom area for boot storage, with more open storage below.
The opposite side has seating with under-seat storage below the cushions.
All this and still 1100kilos of payload.
Finished in metallic paint and silver decals.

It is always gratifying to have the opportunity to build another lorry for a client who originally came to us in 2022 for a 7.2T.
Their smaller lorry has now done its time and needed a stronger upgrade so we built on the same chassis.
Originally rated at a 3.9T, we have also had it downrated to 3.5T so her daughter can drive it.
The grooms area has two saddle racks, four bridle hooks, mirror, coat hanger and the seating slightly raised on one side to allow for tall boot storage!
The horse area has stallion design, with grilled head divider and three-quarter solid partition (various styles are optional), double access doors into the horse area and a wider exit door at the back.

Looking super smart with two-tone metallic red and white paint, our next 7.2T Iveco certainly stands out.
Built for two forward facing, with a large external tack locker on the back behind the horse area; fitted with shelving, saddle racks, bridle hooks, spare hooks, broom and fork holders, keeping everything conveniently close.
The grooms door goes into the horse area to keep the living area deliberately compact at 6’ but still features:
Half wood and half carpet interior
L-shaped seating with upgraded hexagonal stitched leatherette
Pull-out bed
Sleeping area in the luton with reading light and usb charger
Slim wardrobe with shelf and hanging rail

When you find a set up that works for you, why change it?
Our latest 3.5T to be collected is almost an exact replica of one we build for the same client nearly ten years ago.
The horse area has two partitions, one of which is used as a loading gate and to allow for opening the ramp without the worry of the horse swinging out.
There is simple breast bar at the front (removeable) and full height dividing wall between the horse area and the grooms area.
The horse area has an upgraded electric fan, two ceiling vents, two horse head windows and a vent window either side.
The living has been designed by the client to suit her needs for everyday use and the occasional stay away at camp. There is an external tack locker at the back with shelving, saddle racks and bridle hooks to keep all the horse gear separate from the grooms area. The jockey door is on the side allowing for a bed space to be above the tack locker. There is a long top shelf for storage, a sink with water containers and pump for washing up and a little seat for when you need to take a break!
The carpeted walls allow for more insulation when staying away, and a larger living area window for ventilation.

Hot on the wheels of our previous build which left last week, this stunning Iveco Daily 7.2T horsebox has now gone to be broken in for the Easter weekend!
Built on a brand-new chassis this three-horse herringbone lorry boasts 2.6T of payload.
The living has raised flooring throughout for under-floor storage which is accessed by lockers either side. The larger of these lockers has a swing-out saddle rack for three saddles and bridle hooks.
The living has a toilet room, seating that becomes a pull-out bed, two flip seats, full height wardrobe, sink, top cupboards and shelving all round, large skylight and windows both sides.
The client provided her own battery system to power her own fridge which we installed, negating the need for a gas system.
The horse area has a number of extras. There is an external loading light, reflective strip around the external of the ramp, additional high level brake lights, electric horse area fan, rug rack and telescopic partitions – but the best feature of all is the split-door grill.
The client wants to be able to sit in the living with the split door between the horse area and the living open so they can see the horses but without the risk of them putting their heads through so we have designed this removeable grill system which can be stored away when the split door is shut for travelling and then the super lightweight grill is slotted in once at the event.
Finished in graphite grey and simple decals.

One of the most impressive features of our latest 7.2T Iveco Daily horseboxes is the full size massive tack locker on the back.
It boosts an internal height of 6’ and spanning almost the full width of the lorry at 7’8’’ of tack and storage space. Fully shelved on one side and with a shelf on the other to leave ample hanging room, there is the option to have more than two saddle racks and bridle hooks, with space for haynets, grooming kit, buckets and everything else needed for either day events or stay aways.
There is a plug socket for hook up and plug-in for a cool box.
The locker also gives full width shelf storage behind the horses for even more kit and rugs.
Stalled for two forward facing the horse area has a dual camera system, electric fan, two more vents and a skylight, vent windows and two horse head windows for maximum ventilation.
The client wants to be able to travel a very small pony in the second stall so we have installed a removeable low breast bar!
There is a swing-round grilled head divider as an extra feature.
The living is designed in contrasting pearl grey and patterned matt carbon giving it a contemporary and modern finish.
Along with our standard build options of the hob, sink, worktop, bottom cupboards and seating there are the added extras of the television, top cupboards all round, full height wardrobe, dual electrical system, hook up, pull out bed with internal storage and a toilet room.
The outside also has a skirt locker with horse wash and the final touch is the side pad for protection when tying up.

This striking platinum and black 7.2T Iveco is the latest horsebox to leave our workshop.
The client provided their own chassis and asked us to leave the living as minimalistic as possible to put their own stamp on it from the flooring upwards!
We carpeted the luton, provided bench seating with diamond stitch cushions and wiring for electrics all in place.
There is a water tank ready to go, camera system for the horses and reversing, two skirt locker and a large external tack locker. The windows have all been upgraded to bonded, with an extra window in the living.
The three horse herringbone area was fully kitted out with our usual EVA padding, aluminium flooring, horse windows, vent windows, roof vent, drainage holes, LED lighting, tie rings and two different style partitions – the solid one to allow for storage in a stall without risk of anything sliding into a horse stall.
