We all know full well there’s GOOD police officers out there who want to serve and protect the people, to make a difference.

But we also know that the powers above them control so much of what happens, what’s policed, what’s made to let slip.

I know how many officers in the greater Manchester area are on the brink of su***de! Because their own employers and the so called mayor Andy Burnham cover up all the horrendous grooming gangs and the crimes against children. I know their own families are threatened if they say anything. Same detail in the midlands, London and so on.

Why do you think there’s thousands of Kosovan / Albanians running round unchecked, trafficking foreign children through our ports and across county lines. The police know about it but don’t do anything for fear of them and their families. We fu***ng well know!

I know there’s many officers in the MET who are in the same boat. They’re entrapped and their own employers con them into it. All controlled by Sadiq Khan and his masters.

What we need is the MEN of the UK, the MEN in the police, the MEN in the armed forces to turn their attention and their weapons to the real enemy creating all this hate, crime and chaos to split and divide us.

Why didn’t they bring loads of white, non religious and enlightened, alpha male protecting men in on the boats?

We fix the MEN of all ages, religion and cultures - we fix the entire country and take our god given land back which is all ours, not the fu***ng fake crowns, not the governments, not the WHO or WEF’s

Itinerary

April 9th
A bus will be arranged to collect everyone together from San Jose airport.Arrive at Heaven and Earth Sanctuary. Check in, Introductions, Retreat brief and relaxation time.

April 10th
Morning breathwork and Meditation on the Yoga Deck. Hape (sacred to***co) offered. Cold plunge in the River for those that choose to.

Afternoon Sweat Lodge: First introductions to our beautiful medicine woman Amelie. Meet Amelie as she takes you through the sacred practice of a group sacred healing sweat ceremony.

A time to heal, purify and pray together. A truly magical experience that takes you back to the mother womb; rebirthing and emerging followed by a further cold dip in the waters of Mount Chirripo after.

Downtime and reflection

April 11th
Morning: Breathwork and Meditation, Hape ceremony followed by cold dip. Relaxation and personal reflection time

Afternoon: Psychosomatics and body alignment with Carole from the Lightworkers Institute and owner of Heaven and Earth

Evening: Star family connections with AJ

April 12th
Morning Meditation, Hape and Kambo Ceremony. Experience the healing qualities of Kambo; the powerful medicine sourced from the secretions of the Phyllomedusa bicolor frog, native to the Amazon.

Downtime and intergration.

Early Evening: Amelie will join us on site to provide a Grandmother plant ceremony. Held in a sacred space with highly experienced team to support you every step of the way

April 13th
Integration day. A time to reflect, journal and just be. Amelie will revist and provide a Grandmother flower bath plus give everyone individual reflection time and provide a closing ceremony.

A short leisurely walk can be experienced by those who feel called to.

April 14th
Morning: Meditation, breathwork, cold dips and hape.Butterfly dome experience; visit the local butterfly dome. A peaceful place to relax and rest.

Talk to the owner and learn about the native beautiful Blue Morpho butterfly.

Afternoon: Visit the local trout farm, catch your own the finsh with a dip in the healing waters of the mineral pools.

April 15th
Morning: Meditation, Breathwork, Hape and cold dips.Further chance for Integration and reflection.

Walk to Los Gigantes, a high altitude hike with a chance for a cold plunge and spectacular views and further chances for deep conversations en route.

April 16th Check out day. Transport back to the airport provided.

There are a maximum of 9 places now for the retreat. With accommodation being allocated on a first come first served basis.

Rooms may be shared. each space comes with a shared kitchen and bathroom area.

All food is freshly prepared organic local produce provided on site.

All entry fees to attractions is covered within the trip.

You will not need any money although it may be advisable to have some as there will be an opportunity to purchase gifts and souvenirs whilst we travel to local attractions.

Note: Flights are NOT included. All participants are required to arrange their own transport to San Jose airport.

A bus will be organised to collect everyone from San Jose International Airport and return everyone although you are welcome to make your own arrangements and meet at Heaven and Earth

Transport will also be provided on the day of attractions.

A whatsapp group will be created for those who have signed up so we can provide more specific instruction nearer the time.

Have you ever experienced a time in your life where you just KNOW so much is around the corner. I truly believe this June, the Solstice and moving into July will be the time where so much change happens to us personally, collectively and to the planet itself.

So much truth is being revealed. So many illusions and veils are collapsing all around us. People are waking up to their true essence of who they are which is beautiful.

But it comes at a cost, we've all been feeling these crazy energies which have been stripping us from all the old stories, traumas, anxieties and programs. So many things of our shadow are coming to the surface to test us. Testing us to see if we're on the right path and many of us are being called to make big decisions in our lives. And it can be excruciatingly painful..... I feel you!
