Packed with razor-sharp one liners, cultural references and pub-floor philosophy, the track swings between dark humour and genuine burnout. One minute it’s taking aim at industry fakery, nostalgia culture and performative politics, the next it’s documenting the reality of ageing in underground music scenes, bad decisions, addiction, debt and trying to outrun your own head.

Musically and lyrically, “GHETTO BLASTER” feels like a pirate radio transmission from the end of the night, part street poetry, part stand-up routine outside a kebab shop at 3am.

There’s chaos, swagger and self-sabotage in equal measure, but underneath the noise is a song about survival; drowning out doubt, disappointment and modern Britain’s constant static by turning the volume all the way up.

It’s abrasive, funny, uncomfortable and honest, exactly what Riskee and the Ridicule are all about.
