Do you know that today is World Su***de Prevention Day?

It is estimated that there are currently more than 720,000 su***des per year worldwide, and we know that each su***de profoundly affects many more people. Su***de remains a critical global issue, affecting individuals and communities worldwide.

I will never regret reaching out to someone and them not needing it, but I would regret not reaching out and something happening to someone I know.

Of course, sometimes no matter the conversation or support, people can feel like there is only one way out. To you I say, you matter, there are people who care for you and will miss you profoundly - be brave and reach out to a friend, colleague, trained professional or support groups.
