Today we’re celebrating the man who turned a simple conversation into a movement.

Ross founded Mindset Bros with one mission: to make sure no man has to suffer alone. From creating safe spaces where men can talk openly, to building a brotherhood that continues to grow every week, his passion, determination and heart have changed countless lives.

Behind every meet-up, every event, every fundraiser and every conversation is someone who genuinely cares about making a difference.

From all of your Mindset Bros family, thank you for your vision, your leadership and for never giving up on the mission.

They have kindly replaced all of the locks for us, ensuring the premises are safe, secure, and ready for the next chapter. It’s always amazing to work alongside local businesses that genuinely want to support community projects and make a difference.

We’ve had loads of people asking when the next episode of Mindset Bros Unfiltered is dropping… 👀

Don’t worry, it won’t be long! We’re just putting the finishing touches on a little something behind the scenes, and trust us, it’s going to be worth the wait.

Series 2 is set to return in early July, bigger and better than ever. We’ve got some incredible guests, powerful conversations, and plenty of unfiltered discussion coming your way.

Something exciting is happening behind the scenes at Mindset Bros… 👀

This morning, while most were enjoying a Sunday lie-in, four of us were hard at work from 7am putting the finishing touches to an exciting new project that will be launching in early July.

We can’t say too much just yet, but trust us when we say it’s something we’re incredibly proud of and something that we hope will make a real difference to the men and communities we support.

Can’t quiet believe how far we’ve come in 2yrs 🖤💪🏼

At this point 2yrs ago we had a walk and talk on a Monday morning with me and Mark come rain or shine, I was chasing round like a mad man trying to find venues and sponsors month by month to provide a safe space for men to get together and talk.

Fast forward 2yrs, We have 4 incredible sponsors for our monthly events for 2026 The Woodmans Arms, The Albion Hotel, The Yarbridge Inn & TeeHut Golf with events scheduled for the whole year, these events don’t just provide a space, we also put a decent hot meal on for every man that attends!

We now have 6 Walk & Talks, covering 4 mornings and 2 evenings across the island, these walks are led by Blake Nash Jake Oatley, Gaz Brown, Antony Winch, Paul Thorley, Barry Lloyd, Pete Woody Woodford, Mark & I, we see best part of 70-80 participants week in week out, making the most of fresh air and a good chat on the way.

Mark & I have carried out over 80 certified 1-1’s in the last 12 months since getting qualified, the demand for this alone is significant with over 75 enquiries for help through our email and social media platforms on a weekly basis.

6 months ago we launched our Podcast ‘Mindset Bros Unfiltered’ we have had some incredible guests sharing REAL and RAW stories, the feed back that we have had is astonishing, so many people being able to find relatability in each and every episode, we are very proud of this! PLUS we have some VERY exciting news coming on this…..

We will be launching some this VERY special in September which we are currently organising behind the scenes which will be an Island 1st to our knowledge & We have a GLOBAL campaign collaboration with a very exciting company ready for Men’s Mental Health Month in November so please keep your 👀 peeled!
