37 today. This year is about new beginnings, being braver and bolder than ever before. Not to sound cheesy, but I think I've found my ikigai. The Japanese concept at the intersection of what I'm good at, what I love, what the world needs and what the world pays for. It's definitely not what I wanted to do growing up, but I'm proud of what I'm building. I'll be able to share more very soon. Watch this space. Until then, cheers! 🍹

I'm not quitting as a travel creator or as a YouTuber, but I am quitting Facebook and Twitter/X. Both of these platforms are becoming irrelevant and the world is moving on.

I'm now most active on Bluesky and Instagram. I also have Mastodon and Threads, but those accounts aren't active right now. Feel free to follow me there if you use them, just in case.

Home for 5 days before the next trip... caved to the bombardment of ads for these travel pillows that are like fleece velcro neck gaiter wraps with a built-in support brace. The idea is that you can sleep on your own shoulder and your head and neck stay supported. I'm not sure yet...
