I’m in a ‘comfortably’ full Members pavillion and there is a smattering of spectators all over a 24,000? Capacity ground.
I will concede that the ‘age profile’ tends to those who have ‘given up full time work’ ( though I would devote a lot more of my time to The Labour Party if they responded to my overtures, but hard nosed deprived Social Opportunism never went down with the Islington set and is only now gaining trust with the Paddington Sect. ( We aspired - we want aspiration back in our roots, it’s a difficult concept to articulate when LONDON Is and always has been in your doorstep )

Can we get ONE thing straight
This is NOT about a dodgy software system (though seems to qualify for all the terms we used in the software industry of "I'm having nothing to do with it")

This is about a hopeless management cadre who had no trust in their 11500 sub branch managers (THe CORE of the Post Office business)

Forget the Software ( ) It didn't work. \Plenty of managements have bought software systems that (initially) didn't work. They have not been intimidated to make the supplier make it work or else admit they didn't define what they needed properly.

This is about a vengeful management cadre who truly believed they were being short changed by their sub post masters (though they NEVER changed the procedure about appointing subpostmasters)
