We’ve all seen this poster. The final gig. One last night. One more round. Then lights out... for good.
It’s happening too much. Too many communities have already watched their local stage go silent. And unless serious change happens, this kind of poster will only become more common.
We’re working every day to stop it. But we need help:
🎟 Go to the gig - especially midweek, even if it’s raining.
🍺 Buy that extra drink at the venue - bar sales help keep the lights on.
📣 Shout about your local - share shows, your memories, tag venues, post your gig pics.
💷 Support your scene directly - donate and crowdfund.
🎤 Ask the big artists you love to back the £1 grassroots levy - they can make a massive difference.
🗳 Talk to your MP - tell them music matters in your community.
🤝 Volunteer your skills - photography, design, sound, spreadsheets... it all helps.
