Are you ready for a musical treat? This Friday we have a leading group of musicians; Ensemble 360.
Renowned for its virtuoso performances, bold programming and engaging interpretations of music ranging from baroque duos, through classical quartets to new commissions for all eleven players.
This performance will feature a quintet of members of the group. Their name comes from their perfomance home of the Crucible in Sheffield. Where they give an 'in the round' experience. They will be equally at home at our venue which is at the Outwood Academy, Foxhills, Foxhills Road, Scunthorpe DN15 8LJ.

Coming soon, Ensemble 360 presenting a concert of music including a piano quintet. They are an exciting group to watch and they are sure to be well worth seeing.
It isn't often the society has a quintet and this music was chosen as a special request by the concert sponsor and will provide a delightful set of pieces.

Very soon now we will be welcoming Jeneba Kanneh-Mason to play at our first concert of the new season; 2025 - 2026. She will be playing music by Bach, Beethoven, Chopin and Debussy in the concert which starts at 7:30 this Friday, 17 October.

There is a wonderful opportunity to see Jeneba Kanneh-Mason playing live at our first concert of the season at Outwood Academy, Foxhills, Foxhills Road Scunthorpe DN15 8LJ. 7:30pm on 17 October.
Jeneba has recently released her first solo album, Fantasie, and she is currrently on a concert tour of Europe.
She is brilliant technically but it isn't just about technique as she delivers the emotions of the muisic she plays with intense commitment.

Beethoven: Piano Sonata No. 17 in D minor, Op. 31, No. 2 ‘Tempest’

Pianist Jeneba Kanneh-Mason is already captivating audiences. The third of the Kanneh-Mason clan to establish herself as a soloist, Jeneba recently made her BBC Proms debut with the Chineke! Orchestra, performing the Florence Price Concerto and was heralded by the press as “demonstrating musical insight, technical acuity, and an engaging performing persona” (Music OMH).
