Selby Canal Walk

We had a little walk along the canal the other day, it was lovely weather so we made the most of it.

We didnt go far but the kids loved spotting all the different things on the boats, we found Buzz and Woody from Toy Story and also Rosie and jim.

We had swans following us too.

A lovely peaceful walk to get out in the sunshine.

Mumbler Becky and her little one Lukas went to check out a post natal exercise class with Mummy Fit Selby and York, here's what they thought:

"Mummyfit was a challenging and rewarding workout. The environment was encouraging and supportive, and set up so mums can focus on exercise whilst their baby is with them. There was plenty of space for babies to play and be accommodated and you are encouraged to do what suits you and your baby throughout.

At the beginning of the taster session Vicki carried out abdominal check to check for diastasis recti (abdominal separation) which is common after pregnancy, this is so that the workout can be adapted for this if needed. Adaptations were also available for the exercises during the class.
Vicki was friendly and informative and made Lukas and I feel welcome in the class, after the session most people stayed for a coffee and a chat which had a nice sense of community. I left feeling full of endorphins and with a post workout glow."
