Day 12 of 30-day Holiday Series
Eggless Banana Chocolate Chip Muffin

Ingredients
2 Bananas
1/3 cup veg oil
1/2 cup sugar
1½ cups A.P. flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Process
Mash your bananas, add in oil and sugar and give a good mix.

Add in already sifted flour and baking powder, and mix to combine. Do not overmix

Fold in the chocolate chips

Scoop into a Muffin tin

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 160° until golden brown or until a skewer inserted comes out clean

Allow to cool and enjoy

Day 11 of 30-day Holiday Series
Berry Juice

Ingredients
Strawberry
Blueberry
Simple syrup(optional)
Water
Ice
Blend all and enjoy.

Day 10 of 30-day Holiday Series
Honey Butter Biscuits

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 tbs baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup or 113g cold unsalted butter
1/4 cup buttermilk
2 tbs honey

Topping/Biscuits wash
Melted butter
Honey

Process
Combine sifted flour, baking powder and salt

Add in the butter and mix until a crumbly texture

Add Honey and buttermilk and mix until the dough comes together. Do not overmix

Transfer to a flour surface, fold and roll out not too thin with a rolling pin

Using a round cutter, cut out biscuit dough and place on a lined tray

Brush the top with the Honey butter

Bake in a preheated oven at 170° for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

When it's done, take it out and brush the top again with the honey butter, and allow to cool

Serve and enjoy

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup Strawberry
1 Banana
1 cup milk
Honey

Day 6 of 30-day Holiday Series
Carrot Cupcakes

Wet Ingredients
2 large Eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oil (veg oil or any neutral oil)
1 tsp vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients
1¼ cup AP flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1½ cups grated carrots

Process
Mix all wet ingredients in a bowl

In another bowl, mix all the dry ingredients

Add the dry ingredients into the wet and fold in(do not overmix)

Add in the grated Carrots and combine

Scoop the mixture into a lined cupcake pan

Bake until golden brown for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 170° or until a skewer inserted comes out clean

Allow to cool and enjoy

Strawberry Yogurt Bark

Ingredients
Yogurt
Strawberry syrup
Diced strawberry
Honey

Mix all together, transfer into a pan, and spread out.
Freeze for 4 to 6 hours.
After freezing, serve and enjoy.

Popcorn

Ingredients
1/2 popping corn
1/4 cup sugar( increase based on preference)
2 tbs butter
2 tbs oil (Optional) you can use butter only
1/2 tsp salt
Dash of vanilla

Day 2 of 30-day Holiday Series
Classic Butter Cookies

Ingredients
227g unsalted Butter (1 cup or 2 sticks) room temperature
3/4 cup Sugar
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
2¼ cup Flour
1/2 tsp salt

Cream butter and sugar, add in egg and vanilla and cream until smooth

Gradually add in sifted flour and salt and mix to form a dough. Do not overmix.

Wrap, and place in the fridge or freezer for 10 to 20 minutes

After 20 minutes, place on a baking paper, roll and cut to your desired shape with a cookie cutter

Place on a baking tray

Bake in a preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges turn golden

Allow to cool and enjoy

Ingredients
1500g Plain flour
300g sugar
1 Egg
1½ tsp baking powder
250g butter
½ tsp flavour
½ tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
¾ cup milk
1 cup water
1 Ltr Oil for frying

1. Add in all your dry ingredients and properly mix to combine
2. Add your butter, and mix throughly into the flour until you get a fine texture.
3. Gradually add in the wet ingredients and mix/knead until a dough is formed
4. Flour your work surface, and cut to your desired shapes and sizes
5. On medium to low heat, heat up some oil.
6. Fry your chinchin dough in batches until golden brown
7. Transfer to a paper towel to drain out excess out.
8. Allow to cool down completely and enjoy or package for sale

Mixed berry smoothie

A combination of berries
1 tbs Sugar syrup(optional)
Milk
Blend all together

But to take this smoothie up a notch, substitute the milk with cream(single cream).
