Smoko is an anthology of anonymously submitted stories of people’s first ci******es.
The zine has 16 stories and will be handmade and bound.

This zine will be open for preorder for a few weeks, and will then be made to order by hand for postage at the end of October 2022.

In the printers this week is fundraiser zine SIC (January edition), available to buy now on our website as a three month subscription which includes mini research projects from (January) .fisher (February) and (March).

Limited run of 50 prints.

The January to March 2021 cycle is raising money for Ollie Musson’s top surgery. Ollie is a q***r artist, writer, performer and good egg based in Reading.
'I’m fundraising for this, because it’s become clear to me that the NHS waiting times are too long for me to endure. I’ve already been waiting 2 years to be referred to the GIC (Gender Identity Clinic) and haven’t heard anything from them. This is just for an initial appointment, which is the beginning of a very lengthy process. It might be another 2 years *at least* of waiting until I’m anywhere near getting the medical help I need. This is the case for most trans people, where extremely long waiting times prevent access to necessary health care. Often, a lot of trans people are forced to go privately for their transition because of this, which means expensive medical bills, even in the UK. I’ve been on Universal Credit for the last 2 years now since leaving uni, and have little to no financial support outside of this. I am unable to work consistently due to my health (PTSD), and therefore unable to save in a way that’s sustainable, which is why I’m asking for help from others for this fundraiser.'

We're extendin' the deadline for two previously advertised issues! (deadline is the end of August)

The first is Issue 9, FLURRY.

This is an open call asking for any kind of response and work in relation to the idea of flurry (blizzards, being busy, agitated, nervousness, butterflies, swarms, snow, overwhelmed, lost, shaky, murky)

and the second is Issue 11 KINK.
Open call asking for any kind of response and work in relation to the idea of kink (vanilla, liberation, fantasy, sensation, s*x, safety, intimacy, boundaries, fetishism, taste, wonky, shame)

Please bear in mind that the publication will be A5 in size when submitting images. Double page spreads can be done, just get in touch! No limit to submissions. We're excited to see what you send in to us! The final product will be an anthology of different people's work and ideas in relation to the title of the issue in zine form.

Itchy Spaghetti is a not for profit organisation. The final zine will be printed and sold, but only to raise money to print the next issue. Successful contributors will receive an issue in the post.
