Iāve learnt that how I start my day has a huge impact on how the rest of it unfolds.
Taking on 100 miles in June for is what finally gave me the push to change my routine and make morning walks a priority.
And honestly, itās been a game changer.
A bit of time to think, reflect and switch off before the day begins has helped me so much mentally.
Because letās be honest, after the chaos of trying to get a non cooperative 2 year old ready in the morning (please tell me itās not just mine š), that quiet time is needed.
No notifications. No scrolling. Just fresh air, a clear head and a positive start to the day.
Itās a simple change, but one thatās made a much bigger difference than I expected.
