one pan creamy salmon pasta ✨🍣

ingredients:

2 salmon fillets
handful spinach
handful cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 tsp minced garlic
salt, pepper + italian herbs
olive oil
fusilli pasta (or pasta of choice)

instructions:

1️⃣ add spinach, cherry tomatoes, salmon + cream cheese to a baking tray
2️⃣ season w/ salt, pepper + italian herbs → drizzle olive oil
3️⃣ bake @ 200°C for 18 min
4️⃣ mash together w/ a fork until creamy
5️⃣ add cooked pasta + mix everything together ✨

so creamy, nourishing + done in one pan — the easiest salmon pasta you’ll ever make 🍝
