apple pie baked oats 🍎🥧
ingredients:
1 apple (cubed)
1 small banana (75g)
50g oats
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup milk (56ml)
instructions:
1️⃣ blend banana, oats, egg, baking powder, cinnamon + milk until smooth
2️⃣ pour into an oven-safe dish → stir in half the cubed apple
3️⃣ top with the other half of the apple + sprinkle extra cinnamon
4️⃣ bake @ 180°C for 25 min (or until golden brown)
5️⃣ serve warm w/ maple syrup (optional) or greek yogurt for extra protein ✨
