We were at Yellow Arch Studios in Sheffield last Sunday for - UK 's debut show and what a night. 🖤

With Kora Olivia, Waiting for breath and Root Zero setting the stage before Spectral closed the evening, there was plenty of rock and metal across the bill.

We've put together a little write-up from the night, including all four performances as well as a look at Spectral's new EP, Love Letters: Part One.

Are you in a power/symphonic metal band? Want to play in Sheffield on a big stage with a highly skilled sound engineer, and work with a really good looking and extremely organised promoter?!

To apply you will need to submit a live video with live sound, no overlays. Don't worry if it is rough footage on a mobile, it just gives me an idea of your real live sound.

Although the festival is primarily for power/symphonic metal, close genres will be considered too.

Craig headed into Nottingham for a full day of riffs, noise, atmosphere and new discoveries, catching sets from Firmament, Wolves Don’t Sleep, Gürl, Confyde, Hemloch, Tooth & Dagger, Ofnus, Æl-Fierlen, You Win Again Gravity, Dacara, Tayne, Maatkare, Cober Mouth, Glass Bridges and Giant Walker.
