We can sometimes feel that our problems can be fixed with another course. There's FOMO and Herd Hype and sometimes that's too much for your ADHD impulsivity to resist.
Stop 🛑
Ask yourself these 4 questions before you commit :
* Will this course solve my problem in the next 6 to 12 months (the person selling should be honest about that if they have the integrity!)
* Have I bought a course to fix this problem before and if so, why didn't that work
* Can I afford this course NOT to work out
* Who can I soundboard the idea off to get an honest opinion

And remember, if you have an immediate cashflow problem, usually a new course isn't the best short term solution.
