Hello, I’m Tracy from Tracy’s Kitchen.. a lot of you know me from living in the area, some of you from the many chats we have had in the shop. I wanted to do a video to say these words, but I’m not brave enough. I’ve never wanted to put myself out there in that way. It makes me nervous. Times are changing… so here goes.. I am the face behind the name, but it’s the amazing staff at the shop that keep everything going. We are like a little family.. and that’s all I’ve ever wanted.. I don’t have children of my own so the Business became like my child. 🙈

Over the past seven years whilst having the shop I’ve overcome many challenges.. too many to mention! But with determination and good people around me, family and friends that love and support me and the business we are still here carrying on serving you , laughing with you, appreciating your patience when we are busy.. and receiving your feedback when we get it wrong..

I’m willing to try and move forward with new ideas from our beloved customers.. if there’s anything I’ve learned over the past seven years.. it’s that listening to a customer face-to-face then giving the customer exactly what they want is the best feeling in the world! ❤️.... but now times are changing as I mentioned earlier and now I find myself talking to you through social media.. so let’s have a chat, let’s have a conversation, tell me how you’re feeling, tell me what we can do better, and I will listen ..

The truth is .. I’d never had any experience in running a food business before.. this was my first time and if I could go back in time, would I do it again… yes I most certainly would!
