Streaming from a forest isn’t your average day at the office… 🌲

When the British Gravel Racing Championships took place deep in Dalby Forest, Stream7 were brought in to make sure fans around the world could experience every second of the action.

Working alongside 4Seasoncollective, with the Video Village OB truck on site, we designed a broadcast setup that turned a remote woodland into a fully operational production hub. Using Dejero bonded connectivity and Starlink satellite backup, we delivered nine hours of uninterrupted racing coverage, seamlessly mixing footage from drones, on-bike cameras, and commentators.

It was a huge technical challenge – but exactly the kind of project we love taking on.

A fantastic morning at the very first Sheffield Events Networking Hub!

It’s been brilliant working with Event Supplier Network to bring this brand-new event industry meet-up to our hometown.

Huge thanks to our Managing Director, Darren, and Head of Tech and Innovation at First Event, Max, for sharing their insights on the future of events 💡 – and to Beth, Hannah and the whole team at Gameshow All-Stars for being such welcoming hosts and providing the perfect venue.

We’re excited to share our latest project with The Stitch Company – giving their digital presence a complete refresh. 🧵💻

Their old website no longer reflected the craftsmanship and quality of their embroidery, so we created a custom-coded site on MODX CMS, supported with fresh product photography and a promotional film to showcase their story. The new platform not only looks beautiful, but it’s simple for the team to update themselves – from adding new products to publishing blog content – while also being fast, secure and SEO-friendly.

🎥📸 Alongside the website, our photography and video content captured the detail and care that makes The Stitch Company unique, helping them tell their story consistently across digital platforms.

The result is a modern, easy-to-manage website that highlights their expertise and gives them the tools to grow their online presence.

It’s been a busy few weeks of site visits for the Stream7 team, travelling across the UK to prepare for upcoming events 🎥🎤

We carry out site visits for most of the events we deliver – and here’s why:
✅ It allows us to plan everything down to the smallest detail
✅ We can check access for our vans and equipment
✅ Review existing technology like connectivity, lighting and sound
✅ Measure up ceiling heights, room sizes and layouts

So whilst these might not look like the most exciting behind-the-scenes photos, they’re some of the most important ones! Our technicians consider every element in advance because we treat every event as if it were our own. The result? A seamless, stress-free experience for our clients on the day.
