The stream team got into the festive spirit yesterday 🎄

We kicked things off with Secret Santa and a team lunch in the office, before jumping on the train to celebrate in style at Manchester Central.

It was brilliant to spend time together and properly thank the team for everything they have delivered this year. 2025 has been our busiest year yet and that is entirely down to the hard work, commitment and teamwork across the business.

We loved supporting the UK and Éire Glaucoma UK Society (UKEGS) in Edinburgh a few weeks ago.

Our team delivered full event production, hybrid streaming, AV, content capture and a smooth digital journey for delegates and exhibitors. From sustainable badge printing to a bespoke event app and on-demand session recordings, everything was designed to make the experience seamless from start to finish.

It’s our fave time of the month… Live Feed Lunch Club! 🍽️

Emily took the lead today and we headed to Cornerstone at Dyson Place.

We were missing Tom and Damian who were out on events 😢 it’s a busy time of year so getting the whole team together is proving a challenge!

But… December means Christmas party time, so we’re counting down already 🎄

In August we took on one of our favourite challenges - delivering broadcast-quality live streaming from the middle of a festival field. 🎬

Working with Greenbelt Festival, we transformed the No Fly Zone stage into a fully equipped hybrid venue, streaming 21 sessions of music, comedy, panels and keynotes to audiences around the world. With no permanent infrastructure on site, our team used specialist bonded connectivity and on-site production workflows to make it all happen smoothly, sustainably and reliably.

We’re currently travelling around the country working with The Midcounties Co-operative on a series of events taking place throughout November and December. From Walsall to Swindon, their teams are coming together and we’re proud to be supporting every step of the way with hybrid event production that keeps everyone connected wherever they are 🎥

It’s great to help bring people together, in the room and online, and we’re looking forward to the rest of the events in the series.

Darren, Andy and Emily have had a great week at ExCeL London for Event Tech Live. We are so glad everyone enjoyed our nans living room, especially all the little details where so much work has gone in behind the scenes, from the bespoke wallpaper drawn by our graphic designer for the Tecna backdrop to the skirting board, baby photos and the Bakelite telephone that switched the wall art to our service showreels at the touch of a button.

We have shared a drink out of our china tea cups with friends new and old. And although the whole Stream Team could not be with us on the stand (as they were working on events for clients in Berlin, Leeds, Manchester and Oxford 🤯) from concept to creation the stand has been a full team effort. Everyone played their part and we were really proud to show off everyones hard work. ☕️🙌

A big thank you to Sukhvir from Dejero and Liam from Vizrt for joining us for our panel discussion on Thursday. We hope you enjoyed the technology deep dives and learning more about how providers can collaborate for successful and sustainable events.

Thank you to everyone who came by the stand to visit us. We will be in touch next week. And well done to the organisers, it has been a pleasure working with you all.
