Our youth provision open day on Wednesday was a huge success! ⚡️

Thanks to everyone who came down to learn more and got involved with our open jams.

We're looking forward to the beginning of our brand new youth provision timetable, where we're providing up to 28 hours of open access studio time per week.

Thanks to funding from Youth Music and the National Lottery Million Hours Fund, we’re expanding our Youth Provision offerings.

This is a massive development of our current youth work. We’re setting up a new program of events throughout the week.

We’re broadening our horizons by running multiple sessions per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Part of our offerings include creating open access spaces for young people to attend workshops, learn new skills, network, jam, and spend time in a professional environment with our mentors and coaches. These will run on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Our Youth Music funded Artist Development Program(s) will take place on Wednesday evenings. These sessions are split into age groups.
Under 14s: 4-5pm
14-18s: 5-6pm
18-25s: 6-7pm

Each will be tailored based on their age range, with a focus on introducing young people to the world of music, developing their skills, and giving them real-world opportunities to grow as artists.

Our Youth Provisions are expanding even more!

Massive thank you to the The National Lottery Community Fund for our recent grant of £94,675 to radically increase our Youth Provisions between now and 2027.

The Million Hours Fund is a £19 million jointly funded initiative from the Department
for Culture, Media & Sport (DCMS) and The National Lottery Community Fund, the
largest community funder in the UK. The programme funds organisations to provide
positive activities for young people in areas with high levels of antisocial behaviour.

Funding from the Million Hours Fund will help us to provide young people with open access to the arts. Specifically, this will support our mission to make the world of music and sound accessible to everyone.

Thanks to the Government and The National Lottery Community Fund for making this possible.

I Fled by is now available to stream everywhere!

Take Four are a Sheffield-based four piece blending genres of soul, blues, funk, R&B and jazz.

Their debut was recorded and mixed here at Hybrid as part of our funded Artist Development Program.

It’s been amazing working with this band and we can’t wait to see what they do next ✨
