We've got a room available at Foxden

The White Room is 5m x 3.6m and full of natural light. As you can see in the pictures it's nice and airy and you can make it as homely as you like.

We can offer it as a room share or for someone to take on the whole space themselves.

Tenants who want to share would need to leave the space free

Foxden is a studio complex which houses songwriters, producers, musicians and audio engineers. We often hang out and work with each other on projects. At the centre of the complex is Foxden Studio itself. We'd love for someone to join to community!

£250 to share
£380 for independent rent

The space is ideal for any creative. Writers, producers, filmmakers.
Sadly we are not able to make the space available for full bands as their are noise limitations.

A prospective tenant would have 24/7 secure access to the space.
