Sometimes you have to ditch the fear and just go with the flow!
I've always fancied doing a radio show and as if by magic this happened when Colin invited me into the Seaside Hospital Radio show. It's a wellbeing radio station situated at Southlands hospital, and is played to the patients across Southlands, and Worthing, plus it can be heard across the world.

It was great fun and we're looking forward to airing our 5 ways to wellbeing children's program very soon.
